All Secure Pages Cannot Be Opened But...

I don't have a clue how to fix this, everyone says the same thing. I have just reset all security settings etc. I still get page cannot be displayed signs. Please help me.

Make sure that your Cipher Strength is set to 128 Bit

To check in IE go to Help > About and look for Cipher Strength

If its not 128 bit go to MS.com and either reinstall IE or download the encryption patch

Need to know how you are connected to the internet? dsl, cable, modem or satellite. Are you using a router, are you sharing this connection with other computers?
