Welcome Everyone...

To the 2004/05 Pitstop Challenge.

Sponsored By BFG.... Makers of Nvidia Products

About us...

My name is Raymo and I started the "Pit Challenge" at PC Pitstop about two years ago... This Competition use's a variety of Internet Benchmark tests that are calculated into a score. Scores are tabulated and added to the list for the "Top Dawg" prize of First Place. There are two Classes, the "Stock" and the "Overclocked" contests... The Stock Challenge compares all of your systems hardware and gives you an overall Score based on System Performance and Speed. The Over Clocked Challenge gives some of us Hardware Junkies a chance to show off our Overclocking abilities... I always say that Overclocking is like getting in a fast car, holding your foot down on the gas, an hope the engine doesnt blow up!!! The pool of people interested in OC'ing has increased alot in the last few years, and will only get more popular as time goe's on... The Challenge Starts December 8th 2004 and ends on January 8th.

I'll see you there ;)

Tgic is our scoring guru and the designer of the "Pit Challenge Calculator" used by everyone to figure their scores

Ronnie Coleman is our "Pitforce Marshall", working with him are the "Pitforce Inspectors" (PI's), formerly known as the

"Pit Cops". They will assist Tgic by Verifying every score posted and help those in need of assistance. They are...

Overclocking is where everything get's juiced and tweaked...

It's alot of fun, but stuff does happen!!! so... do so at your own risk ;)

The "Pit Force Inspectors" (PI's) will check every score and link to verify it's content. If the Score is Valid (legal score) then he/she will Quote your post and give it a  or a :tdn: with the reason why... Remember they are here to help too, if you have a question, Post it and it will be answered.

Ronnie Coleman is our "Pit Force Marshall" and he is one bad mutha :bad:

Hey... I just realized PC Mark 04 will only publish 1 test at a time. so People will have to wait for their scores to be validated before they can post in the Other Challenge (stock/OC)

Got that PI's??? ;)
