[SOLVED]My Latest Hjt Log

I downloaded a new theme for my desktop from xpstyle which has been running for a while now without problem. the new theme brought with it new.net and a couple of other very nasty characters. Luckily winpatrol stopped most of the things getting written to the registry...shame the install didn't have a decent warning. I uninstalled what I could find in add/remove programs then let ad-aware and spybot do their stuff. I ran my kaspersky then did a panda online test. Next I removed a few items with hjt. I think I have gotten rid of everything but just want someone to check it out for me.

I'm also not too sure about this one:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\pctspk.exe

yes I do have a PCTel modem installed but I don't think I have ever used it. I am on a network and my internet is shared through a server. The server also has a dialup modem that is used for faxing.
