update the bios on your MB, also, you could be running ram that isn't running at ACTUAL speed. run and post a pit test here.

 

EDIT>>Also, if you would have bother'd to read the specs on that board before you bought it, you would have noticed that in it's current release, it's only rated up to chips 3000+. you have a 3200+ in it. try flashing the bios, that's all you have.

Do you have the multiplier set right in the bios?

near all 3200+ chips are lock'd multiplier, so it won't matter what his multi is set at

best bet is simply to check the bios for an update, that's almost all you can do. since the board was built for slower cpus, i'm willing to bet that it's saying 2500 'cause the 3200 prolly uses higher vcore and multi then the board will allow and it's just flipin' out

 

look for that bios, but next time you do a build, read the system specs.......

 

EDIT>> also, what is with 480 megs of ram??? post a test for us please!
