Paltalk.exe as well as Pnetaware.exe has been reported as spyware from pcpitstop....Has anyone else had this reported and if so is there any factual evidence to support this finding?

post a test so we can see not everyone has this including me ..

http://www.pcpitstop.com/techexpress/howto1.asp

Submitting the report to the site is not neccessary as all it says is the paltalk.exe and the pnetaware.exe contains spyware in the report..I was only inquiring if anyone knows this is to be true or not reported by pcpitstop. pcpitstop does not give any details as to why its flagging as spyware..

I have paltalk installed on my computer, I have never had a test say it was spware. I wouldnt worry about it.

Hi Donna....Interesting that pcpitstop did not record paltalk as being spyware on your system....Are you running windows XP by chance?

Do you have this in your system? Location:c:\windows\cookies\unknown [email protected][1].txt

If you do thats it connects to Data Miner, and if you dont know what Data Miner is well its a tracking cookie....In other words you , me and all other users are being watched..Does that concern you the least? It does for me as well as many others that claim to have the same test results as I have had.
