:help: big probs just got broadband not much of a comp tech sometimes follow links to websites and pages and sometimes i get just a blank page and it won't load up to my comp called ntl and they said it could be active x or micromedia player not on my comp tried to rectify it to no avail the guy told me to try this site bit apprehensive to try computer tests and the likes just want to carry on surfing with no probs i'm running windows xp at the moment please please help

I'm having the same problem, links come up with a blank page, having to copy shortcuts to get where I'm headed and I can't download files from gamespy etc. Tried removing my firewall but it won't play ball.

For something easy to try,,open a command prompt,,type in ipconfig/flushdns and you should then see a confirmation that the cache was flushed,,if still no joy,, have a look at the site below!! v
