Modem Stressed Out?

I have two desktop computers networked together (Both are Dell's with WinXP and less than a year old. My unit has 512 mb memory with an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro graphics card.). My unit is the one that connects to the internet (Dial up). Everything works smoothly for both until I starting playing graphic intense games then the other cannot access the internet, even though mine *is* connected to the internet provider at the time.

Any ideas or suggestions?

if your playing those gtraphics intense games online, then it is probablly because your on 56k, 56k is an extremely bad connection to network. Call your local internet providers and see if or when high-speed internet will be available in your area.
