Guest Supatramp
I have a PC running at 600mhz with 64mb RAM using WIN 98SE, on which AOL runs at an acceptable speed. I also have a laptop running at 1ghz with 256mb RAM using WIN XP, on which AOL runs much slower, although having a considerably higher spec. Can anyone give me an explanation and advise a solution?? Thanks in anticipation. David.
aeroman10
Is this AOL Dial up? The 2 computers probably have different modems and one works better than the other.
snakeeye2003
AOL- there lies your whole problem. Dump the garbage and get another ISP.
