Seagate suggest ext2fsd, see below...

 

I have two options 

use ext2fsd in Windows10

use boot from Linux Ubuntu 21.04 and use Linux tools

 

What's your suggestion?

Ext2fsd as far as you know after installing needs restarting w10...?

Ext2fsd is a driver that can find drives on your system.

Our DIY Premium Software is not tested with Linux so we dont know whether it will work with Linux integrated O/S's or not.

We can not open links provided by customers from third party webpages due to security reasons.

So we suggest to run the DIY software on Windows or Mac when the drives are shown.

If this doesn't recover data then in-lab is the next step and i will be happy to help you through the process to set that up.

In Windows 10 installed ext2fsd but No seem, worse situation

 

In Linux Ubuntu Studio 21.04 --- I see the disk 2TB in Partition manager but Not in File explorer... how access this 2TB HDD in Ubuntu...? # attached: ubuntu-studio-2104-Screenshot_20210730_065841-export.jpg

data recovery but says is Linux RAID --- were two HDDs 2 x 2TB in RAID 1, but one broke LEFT ONE --- How recover DATA... in Linux RAID? I can NOT mount it...well?

The drives 2 x 2TB were in RAID 1 
mirrored 
But, in Linux UbuntuStudioOS21.04, not used any software, seems only the one when: sudo fdisk -l, the other not seem, so how can bypass the Linux RAID file system - in the healthier drive - and mount the drive normally...? To COPY DATA...

 

The obstacle is the fs LINUX RAID... and can Not mount the drive

If retry in Windows 10

Can reteieve data from a Seagare HDD drive without to assign it a letter in Windows10? Via Seagate recovery software or EaseUS data recovery, OR Other software... 

or not is NOT possible...?

failed again in Windows 10 Seagate recovery software
 
Disk Management showed disk initially
 
Attached proof
1 start step-1
2a start step-2
2b start step-3
3 failed step-4 --- connection to drive was lost and the scan was interrupted
 
After failed 4-step - LEDs still lighting in adapter sata2usb --- but HDD Not seen in PC and not in disk management, the HDD removed from PC after failed
 
what to do now???
