Change Mode

I have lost the World Rank portion of my system "scan" results. This has happened after the last update from Windows 10. Both of my computers have the same result! Help!

This has been going on for over a month now.  When is this going to be fixed?  We're paying for this service.

 

Also, would you please put some type of notification out about this problem.  I've been chasing it for a long time and luckily came across this post.

YUp, I   emailed looking for answers as well. I guess the response went to my spam. I finally found it. I am glad  it is actually an issue and not my PC  just failing when I knew it seemed perfect. I hope they fix it as well. We pay for this service and I like to see my pc is doing well. Very disturbing to find these results and not know why.
