Cannot access "Scan," or "Web Portal"

So, I boot up my MAC this morning and PC Matic for MAC starts showing me it is blocking something.  OK, fair enough...it's doing its job.  Well, I go to run a scan and "Scan," "Console" and "Web Portal" are grayed out and I cannot access them.  The "Console" does intuitively shows up on my laptop, but I cannot find a way to navigate to anyway to find and remove my issue.

 

I'm sure it is operator error, so can someone help me?
