Of course there is no support here in the Forums ...

I have never been so frustrated with a "Product" in my life.  

1. Seek support and only get a system that uses email... 45 to 60 minute response time for each email if you are lucky.

2. Try to log in and your account does not log in.

3. Look for a solution and well... a LOG IN is required... and it still does not work.

4. Look for help in the forum and well, guess what... Yea... you read that this is NOT the place for "support".




Is there any single person out there that cares to give someone a helping hand at navigating this completely screwed up software rats nest without having to spend HOURS doing so?

Please accept my apologies for the frustration you're experiencing, I have been there with various ISP and cell service providers. That said, we've found our current support system to be the best means for supporting our products. If you're within 30 days of purchase, you're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
