Just leave it in. It really will do no harm. Modern batteries are not like the old ones that needed discharge cycles etc.

 

There are a couple of apps available that can keep an eye on your batteries overall condition by comparing current performance against the factory specs. I'm at work now , but if I remember later I'll see if I can find one for you.
