MPB
I am having a very similiar issue to the one solved by Juliet with the same title. When I try to execute programs I receive the error message, "Windows\System32\Security.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc 0000020." I have run Malwarebytes, JRT, AdwCleaner, ESET and Avast without any luck. I have loaded FRST64 and would like some help solving this. Thanks!
