Are you trying to run the Overdrive test? If so, be sure to right click 32 bit IE and select "Run As Administrator".

i'm having the same issue. the test starts but just comes to a page and does nothing (see screenshot).

i'm using windows 8.1 pro / ie11

i've tried both the 64 and 32 bit versions running as admin with my antivirus off.

Are you familiar with Fiddler? If you run a trace it should show why it's stopping on that page. If you could get that information back to us I'll ask a developer to take a look. I will also try one more time to try to reproduce the issue, but to date I have not had any problems running OverDrive on 8.1 with IE 11.
