Seems WUs have been a little erratic lately, so I've been trying to pay attention, and have seen the following in the log more than once... does it mean anything?

01:28:54:WU04:FS01:0x17:Temperature control disabled. Requirements: single Nvidia GPU, tmax must be < 110 and twait >= 900

i dont think means anything unless you want to enable temp control thru the fah client.

i get that message also.

from what i have read at the stanford folding forum it is disabled by default.

from the folding forum blog of nov. 2013:

For Windows NVIDIA Users running on a single GPU, we’ve enabled a new feature called temperature control that pauses the core internally. This is disabled by default.

-To enable temperature control, a pair of additional arguments are required:

Thank you Muttonhunter and CB. I knew y'all would be familiar with that line. I kept "losing" the WUs they would give me that had high points (40,000+) ... and thought that was the problem. Now I think the problem is they shouldn't give me ones that big, lol.

Y'all have a beer on me!!
