I would like to transfer this account to a computer that has an expired PCmatic account but I am unable to delete the old account from the computer... If I delete the program, and download and update from the web, the program populates with the old email account information... How can I delete the old version with the old account information and start using my new email account information and license keys? thanks John Link to post Share on other sites
IntelGuy Posted September 2, 2014 Share Posted September 2, 2014 Open PC Matic on that computer, then in the upper right area, click on Log Out. Once you are logged out of the old email address, click on Login in the lower left corner and login to PC Matic using the new email address and password. Link to post Share on other sites
