bet she made you walk the line too.

Randi is a real sweetheart like yourself. Just beautiful inside and out and not afraid of a rattlesnake either...she lives in a place where she kills 'em on a regular basis in the yard.

O.K. going to go and see some of my favorite Dr.s and nurses next Wed. and get another heart cath done to see if they can alleviate some of the trouble I'm having. Back in Feb. when I had my heart attack I had some infection in a groin wound (surgery) so they left one artery that was partially blocked and we've been trying to treat it with meds but it's not working. Hopefully will be an "in and out" deal, I hope. No more infection so hopefully the Dr. can give me some stents and get me opened up better. *cb crosses fingers*.....

I'm glad you are going in under better circumstances this time.

Easy does it for the week, Roger.

Let's get you in there and rotor-rooter your pipes properly so that you can be done with this angina and fatigue.

Thanks for the update and know that you are in the prayers of many.

How are you holding up, caintry?

Are you ready for Wednesday?

Are they gonna make you starve yourself the day before going in?

Doing pretty good actually...although I'm losing weight and inches by watching my caloric intake and sodium intake. Bought a pair of jeans that I thought should fit at WallyWorld (youknowwhatImean) and they were too big...went to return them yesterday and had to get down on the floor to look for my size (44x30 down from 50x30!!) and when I got up I started suffering angina, had to pop 2 Nitrostats under my tongue about 5 min. apart to get rid of it.

YES! I'm ready for Wed.

Nothing to eat or drink after Midnight the night before, except a sip of water to take meds with the morning of...only 1/2 dose of insulin morning of...

I'm hoping that they don't find much with the arteriogram and just do the angioplasty to open the artery that is still partially blocked and go ahead and give me a couple of stents to boot...

WE DON'T WANT ANY OPEN HEART SURGERY!!!!! *cb crosses fingers*

Wow, that's great that you are dropping the weight.

Nothing but positive things will result there.

Man, oh man, I didn't think that open heart surgery was even being considered, but I guess if that artery is shot to hell, then they'll need to replace it with a good one.

Sure do hope that it's just a flush and a stent.

Seems like you've got a good pace and routine going for yourself right now.

Stay positive, champ. We're all in your corner.

50x30 jeans? Dayum, y'all eat mighty hearty out there in Kansas. No wonder Andy wanted to coach the Chiefs.

13 years ago when I quit smoking cigarettes I went on that "seefood diet", everything I saw went in my mouth. I packed on 60 lb. in just about 6 months. Proud to say that since my attack back in Feb. that I've lost from 290 lb. down to 258 lb. as of this morning. :rocks:

Still need to lose about that much more, but we'll ger 'er done!

Gotta head out in about 45 min...I'll be back!
