Juliet
There are a couple of legal businesses named Clarion Security, when he tried to login to MLS, he was redirected there? Kinda doesn't make sense. try to run these tools Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop. Vista / 7 / 8 users: You will need to to right-click on the either the IE or FF icon in the Start Menu or Quick Launch Bar on the Taskbar and select Run as Administrator from the context menu. [*]Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts. [*]Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator". [*]The tool will open and start scanning your system. [*]Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications. [*]On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open. [*]Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` Click on this link to download : ADWCleaner Click on ONE of the Two Blue Download Now buttons That have a blue arrow beside them and save it to your desktop. [*]Close all open programs and internet browsers. [*]Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool. [*]Click on Scan. [*]After the scan is complete click on "Clean" [*]Confirm each time with Ok. [*]Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart. [*]Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer. [*]You can find the logfile at C:AdwCleaner[s1].txt as well. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you run the above and there are several hits/items found then run MBAM below. Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here. Never download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from other sources. Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application. [*]Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish. [*]If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. [*]Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan. [*]The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient. [*]When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results. [*]Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. [*]When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note) [*]The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM. [*]Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply. [*]Extra Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
