How To Create An Email Shortcut

Right-click an open spot on your desktop, then click New.


Click Shortcut in the next menu, then click the text bar in the Shortcut menu.


In the text bar, type mailto: followed by the email address you want to make the shortcut for.


Click Next and type a name into the text bar for your shortcut.


Click Finish and the shortcut will be on your desktop.
