Tip: close apps in Windows 8 (keyboard and mouse)

I found this one by myself digging around:

 

With one or more Modern UI apps open, hit Windows key + Tab and you'll get the App Switcher panel showing the open apps:

Use the mouse button to open the context menu, then click the Close option. The other options here are Snap to the left and Snap to the right.

After you close one app and keep the Windows key pressed, the App Switcher panel will stay open.
