BearCub
I'm getting this same error as described by Mccphoto. This just started for me this morning @ 7:00 CDT on both my desktop and my laptop computers. I also restarted both of my computers still getting the same error. Then I shutdown completely and then restarted but the error remains. What is causing this error and what needs to be done to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. IntelGuy
Those messages are a result of a server error on our end. We are working to fix the problem. Thank you for your patience.
RRConboy
Upon startup I get this dialog box message: PCMaticUI-main.js?6725 LIne 15965 Unable to the the value of the property "selectedIndex": object is null or undefined. What is this?
IntelGuy
Please open PC Matic, click anywhere in the program window with the mouse cursor, then on the keyboard hold down both the Ctrl and the F5 keys simultaneously and let us know if that does not resolve the issue. RRConboy
I opened PCMatic and this time everything was normal. No extra dialog!

Kim Cross
I'm also getting an error on PC Matic at startup, is there still an issue with your server? Edited August 16, 2012 by Kim Cross
IntelGuy
Not that I know of. Are you still getting that error? If the error looks like the image below we need to know the exact date and time (and time zone) of the error so I can look for the error details. Thank you for your assistance.
