Dirk Reurslag Posted July 29, 2012 Share Posted July 29, 2012 When I press free scan it does a quick scan and after that a screen pops up saying "PC Matic is loading" which is taking forever apparently. It's been over 3 hours now. I disabled my firewall and antivirus. I only have chrome running on the background.. I'm getting kinda frustrated right now. is it still scanning or? what does it mean? Try closing the program and then run the free scan again, it should ask you some setup questions like language (English), etc and you'll have to allow the PCPitstop add-on (Active X). Do I have to manually do that with my firewall settings? I tried re-installing it but that didn't help much. after the scan it just keeps loading for eternity. Link to post Share on other sites
