if you've done a re-install i'd assume you have a hardware or driver problem, try running in safe mode and see if it still blue screens.

there is a program out there that will look at your event veiwer and tell you what's been crashing your pc, but can't remember what it is now, it reads the event logs and tells you what program, driver caused each crash, usually it's the same one most of the time so you know what to remove/re-install/update to try and fix the problem.

this is what came out.

Crash dump directory: C:WindowsMinidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Thu 4/19/2012 7:14:42 PM GMT your computer crashed

crash dump file: C:WindowsMinidump041912-13384-01.dmp

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x70540)

Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x5003, 0xFFFFF70001080000, 0x2321, 0x26C400004642)

Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

file path: C:Windowssystem32ntoskrnl.exe

product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System

company: Microsoft Corporation

description: NT Kernel & System

Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.

This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.

The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

Start by giving us a Pit Test (see How To below), I don't remember your CPU and RAM.

Are there any updates available for your PC? (Chipset, etc)
