The first step to try to resolve the error message is to clear the browser cache.

In IE6 go to Start>Control Panel>Internet Options>General>Temporary Internet Files>Delete Files >put a check mark by "Delete all offline content" then click OK>OK. For IE7/8/9 Go to Start>Control Panel>Internet Options>Browsing History>Delete> and click the button to delete the temporary Internet Files, then click 'yes', 'close', 'OK'.

If that does not resolve the issue, run the Windows registry repair tool from the link below:

http://files.pcpitstop.com/support/Repair-ActiveX.cmd

If you are using Vista, Windows 7, or a 64 bit operating system, first save the file above to your desktop, then right-click on the saved file and select, "Run as administrator".

When you run the tool you should see a command window open and be able to watch the tool's progress. The tool may appear to 'hang' once or twice, but if you wait the tool should complete.

If the problem still exists, run the Active X control removal tool from the link below:

http://www.myalbumbank.com/albums/userpics/10014/Remove-All.zip

Again, if you are using Vista or Windows 7, first save the file above to your desktop, right-click and extract the file, then right-click on the extracted file and select, "Run as administrator".

Once the removal tool completes, run PC Matic again and it should download new Active X controls.

If the issue is still not resolved we will need for you to open a ticket at our help desk. You can do that from here:
