Bypass Recycle Bin When Deleting Files

You can manage the Recycle Bin by rightclick in it, then Properties and choose a lower number (in MB) to custom size to allocate howm much data it will hold.

But you can also leave it default and when you will delete a file, specially big file (a movie for ex.) you can press the Shift key on the keyboard and then delete, this will bypass the Recycle Bin so the file (s) will be deleted enmediately instead of moving it into Recycle.

For multiple files just hold down the Shift key, then with the mouse cursor select all files and press Delete..presto!! that is.
