Even though all flags where checkered, i have only 1 yellow on the internet connection , meaning a minor fault!. Iam on a 128kps cable connection and my upload speed is only 50kps. i have set my IE cache size to 80 megabytes has i have 120Gb Hard drive. However the results do not change.
