Delete Unneeded Blank Spaces From Word Documents

Recommended Posts

It happens all the time. You copy a text from other source, like the Web, paste it in a Word document, and there are lots of blank spaces due to formatting differences.

Here is how to get rid of the extra spaces.

Remove extra spaces at the beginning and at the end of lines – all at once!

When you cut and paste text from a Web site, there are often leading spaces at the beginning and at the end of each line. A very quick way to remove all these spaces in Microsoft Word is to select the text, align the selection to the center and then align it to the left. All the extra spaces will have disappeared.
