What antivirus are you using?

you can download Malwarebytes and scan your pc to clean up any viruses, then update your antivirus and run a scan with that too. If you not have a working antivirus, you can get Microsoft Security Essentials as long as you have a legitimate windows on your pc

Malwarebytes

Microsoft Security Essentials

Be sure to uninstall any existing antivirus programs Before you install MSE

record what the blue page says and post it here.

In order to see what's on the blue page, you need to click on your Start button, then right click on My Computer. you'll see a drop down box and in there you need to click on Properties. In the System Properties box click on the Advanced tab. When you get there look for Start up and Recovery and select the settings button. From there you will see the System Failure box, in that box un-check the box that say's Automatically Restart.

Did you download, update and run Malwarebytes yet? if not, please do so
