Bad Image Error

Hi wondering if you can help im getting a bad image error or should i say several bad image errors on my wifes Dell laptop and want to know if there is a way of getting rid of it. Read somewhere about Hijack log files and wanted to know what my next step is.

Download HiJackThis and save it to it's own folder on your desktop. Open the program and select to "Do a scan and save a log". When the scan finishes, it will open the log in Notepad. Copy/Paste the contents of the log into a new thread that you start here > http://forums.pcpitstop.com/index.php?/forum/25-hijackthis-logs/
