Windows Explorer Going To Wrong Link

Windows explorer is going to the wrong link when in google. firefox works fine. i have tried several things, malwarebytes, norton, zone, gmer, dds, tdskiller, combofix. nothing seems to work, i dont want to reformat and reinstall windows , is there a way to reinstall windows without reformatiing? please this is taking time off my searching, and i HATE firefox.

Reinstalling the OS is usually the last resort. Try this: search for "Fix IE Utility v 1.0" (sorry I don't have the link). If you don't get results you can always download and reinstall I.E.
