Chopdoc
I do a lot of academic presentations and software to run with a touch screen is important to me. I have been going through a bunch of screen annotation and white board softwares on my convertible tablet (Win 7) and found one I think is great....and it is Open Source! If you do presentations or teaching you should check this out: http://sankore-program.org/ Pen sensitivity seems to not be working for me but that is minor I think. The various utilities and integration with web image searches etc is great.
Chopdoc
Update: Pen sensitivity works great after downloading the Wacom Enhanced Drivers: http://www.wacom.com/tabletpc/driver.cfm I highly recommend this driver, especially for those using their Tablet for artwork. For me, it just makes academic and professional presentations that much better. It provides a new icon in the Control Panel where one can access a bunch of pen sensitivity settings as well as settings for the eraser. Very nice.
