Returning Viruses Malwares Etc

Been getting lots of viruses recently. Not sure if I've cleared them all when running virus checker (SOPHOS) and malwarebytes software. Posted HJT log below. I also keep getting a mshta.exe and wscript message appearing on zone alarn firewall, what is this?
