Why Is My Purchased Pcmatic Not Running On My Pc?

Sorry but due to time constraints I don't have more time to try to find issue but hopefully any of you can help...my problem is I already purchased the PCmatic and ran it twice on my PC and for some reason it acts like I need to install it everytime last few tries...I hit the desktop icon that I've used already and when I install it and let it load and even log in it acts like I'm adding a new PC while my PC is already on the list. So basically I can't run it cause it thinks it's a new PC instead of the original one I put it in several weeks ago. TIA

Your license is showing five computers. You will need to delete one to make room. If the one you are using has the same name then that would be the one to delete. From the PC Matic My PC's screen click on the red dot to the right of the comuter name.

 

If that does not resolve the issue, please open a ticket at our help desk so that we can get some more information.

I thought I can use it on 5 computers anyway? Also I can't erase any PC on file cause it states I have that ran since 60 day deal.....I still have 40+ days on most. What I don't understand is since my PC is already on the list why doesn't it recognize it?

I can't answer that question without more information. If something happened to change the name, the hardware ID, or computer ID then it will look like a different computer to PC Matic.

 

Please open a ticket at our help desk so that we can get the issue resolved.
