bob3160 Posted June 23, 2010 Share Posted June 23, 2010 Even though Windows 7 Supports Login Screen Customization Without 3rd Party Software, There is a small tool which allows you to change login screen background on the fly. You just need to double-click on the preview box, select the desired image, right- click on it and select "Set as Logon" option to apply it. Get full details and the program from here.
