Latest run @ 24/7 speed

Don't use OverDrive as an accurate benchmark for an SSD. The disk test has been improved a lot, but is still having trouble getting a good read on super-fast drives. If there is a read error, the test will restart, knocking down the overall disk read result.

You will get a much more accurate picture of the drive speed from HDTach, HDTune, or ATTO.

Check with the manufacturer if they have a utility for cleaning up the free space. I found one at the OCZ forums a while back, but can't find it now to verify what controllers it works on. I know it works on OCZ-indilix.

TURBO owners with FW 1.5 you do not need this.

Mine have the 1.5 Firmware....... :( In reading through the forums over there it appears that if I just let them sit "idle" for a couple hours they will clean up themselves??? Yours do that I_G???

Well, I tried this and it didn't work. At least it doesn't appear like it did........ Maybe I'd better sign up over there and ask questions.
