krmartin
After running PC Matic the Windows Media Player fails to start. All I get is an unfilled screen and a spinning cursor. Need to close it with the task manager.
IntelGuy
Please open a ticket at our help desk so that we can get some more information from you. You can open a ticket here: http://www.pcpitstop.com/store/service.asp To check if the issue was a result of using PC Matic, you can roll back the changes and see if the problem goes away. To undo the changes PC Matic made to the computer, open the program again then click the 'Options' icon, and the 'restore settings' tab. Select a date, then click on the 'Restore' button to run the program again to undo the changes. Once the restore completes, reboot the computer. Repeat the process for all available dates. If that fails to correct any issue, go to Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore and select a restore date from before the issue began.
