morbidbutterfly Posted December 9, 2009 Share Posted December 9, 2009 When you need to explain how to produce a tech support issue, instead of typing it out by hand or trying to talk someone through it over the phone, Windows 7 has a tool called the Problem Steps Recorder. Click Start, type PSR.EXE and hit Enter. Click the Start Record button and go through the steps to recreate the issue. Add comments at any point by clicking the Add Comment button. When done, click the Stop Record button, enter the output file name and save. You end up with an MHT with details and screenshots of your performed steps. Link to post Share on other sites
