i cant figure out why i cant get a video signal from the system.

I have the ram set in and reset in 2 times...i checked all my connectors...i dont have it in the case at the moment.

Maybe its the video card not seating correctly? I seems as if it isnt in deep enough but i cant push it in any farther...

it starts booting but i cant get the video signal to come up...

:pullhair:

Anyone have suggestions?

Having some stability issues running at 4.0ghz...

it will boot and run pcpit test...but prime and everest test freeze up the system.

Anyone have a solution?

I have everything set to auto except the bclk and the CPU voltage.

Only time I turn on HT is to do a pit test. Other then that it's off. Helps a ton with heat.

How do you have the system configured? fsb, mutli, ram and voltages?

13061 fps 3D Video

is there something that changes the multiplier automatically?

It seems windows starts with the 20x multi and the after pit and 3dmark test it scales back to 12x multi.....

Thats where my test seems to slow down in is the CPU...

heres the lastest test...top 1% or better for everything but internet :P

if it won't complete graphics benchs or prime95 for at least 10 minutes it's nowhere near stable. ;)

all a matter of trial and error and watching those temps.

i know i can't get my i7 stable at 4ghz without using more volts(higher temps) than i want to, for 24/7 100% load use, so run it at 3.8ghz. [email protected]
