Using Jump lists

Jump lists in Windows 7 are really handy to have around, since you can see the other folders/things you've opened in the jump lists themselves.

To access the jump lists for any program/folder pinned in the taskbar, just hold down on the left mouse button, and drag up. It will allow you to see what sites you have visited in Internet Explorer, or what folders you have visited in the Explorer button pinned to the taskbar.
