Edward Tjarks Posted August 28, 2009 Share Posted August 28, 2009 At times I receive emails with a video and as I try to open I receive an error message C00D1197 which states as follows" Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error has occured. The server may not be available. Verify that you are connected to the network and that your proxy settings are correct" This only happens when the video has a wmv after the title.
