MICROSOFT WORD 2007

For those who use Microsoft Word 2007, it is nice to be able to EDIT and make CORRECTIONS and ADJUSTMENTS, while in PRINT PREVIEW.

Possibly some may already be aware of how to do it, but for those not familiar here is how to do it.

While in Print Preview "Un-check" the MAGNIFIER BOX located in the Preview Tab on the Preview tab

on the Ribbon. This way, we can while in print preview, delete something, correct a mis-spelled word, without having to close print preview, and go back into the document to do a correction or deletion.

Make your corrections to the document while still in Print Preview. Good Luck!
