Impressive bump up with HT enabled.

 

CPU clock should read 3814MHz vise 3649MHz as stated in the 'Rankings' tab.

Did you overclock through the BIOS or by using software? OverDrive usually can't read an oveclock done through Windows.

Through the bios (23 x 166). No turbo.

3.65 GHz is reported there. CoreTemp, CPU-Z and the first POST on boot up all report 3.81GHz, which is what it should be according to what I set in the BIOS.

 

Looks like OverDrive is reading incorrect os (Windows Experience Index) maybe?.

 

I have no idea where Vista gets that cpu reading.

That is correct. OverDrive reads the CPU speed from what Windows is reporting. OverDrive does not access what is in the BIOS.

 

I'm not sure why Windows would be reporting a different speed.
