WolfgangCS
Very Cool I have seen several WebOS's but this one was able to be flash and right click and delete like you would on a normal PC. IMPRESSED. The only thing that worries me about a WebOS is that you HAVE TO HAVE internet access. I would hate to have something I needed but not have the internet to get it. BUT!!!!.....I can't say much when I use GoogleDocs for almost any word processing. Office and OO have been a thing of the past that last three years. I like! It would be great for schools and offices....(for little use)
RDHeinz
Consider me on the slow side, but why do you want to use your computer to get on the internet and operate another computer?
Tx Redneck
Consider me on the slow side, but why do you want to use your computer to get on the internet and operate another computer? You have the ability to access/edit/dl anyfiles stored there from any interweb connection.
Wigan
I'm guessing it would be super handy in an Internet Cafe.

badbob
Dear Ghost User, We hope you have been enjoying our free Ghost service. Regrettably changes in the marketplace mean that it is no longer economical for us to host the Ghost service and we will be closing down the service on or around March 15. We will instead be focusing on licensing or selling our technology to larger companies. We advise you to migrate ALL important folders, files and emails to another secure place before March 15. Bruce
Thus why the whole online storage scam will eventually fail for the most part leaving behind nothing but the companies we love to hate the most to collect and store all your data for you. Tip for folks who need to access their data from anywahere on the web. Learn what your external ip address is, leanr how to remember it. Next do a little research into ftp, ssh, secure shells....................... Learn how to set them up securely and you will have access to the data you need no matter where you are. The best part? You don't need to rely on anyone else, you don;t have to worry about some obscure start up going belly up and taking your data with it. Learning how to use a computer and the most basic of networking services you can run yourself has been the staple and one constant since the beginnings of the personal computer. Problem today is no one wants to take the time to learn how to use these powerful machines for anything but silliness....................... Joe C
Bruce has a very good idea, but many folks do not have a static ip or pay extra for a static ip address, I even know of one company that paid for a static ip but it always changed anyway. A simple and cheap alternative is to use DYNDNS, so far I have not had seen any issues by going this route and it's a lot less than what my isp charges for a static ip address http://dyn.com/personal-smb-dyndns-com Edited December 5, 2010 by Joe C
