i have regestered and loged in and have ran your scane. and it is telling me to update some drivers. so i go to down load drivers from the test site and i get the little sign that says i must be a regestered user to do it. , what have i done wrong

i downloaded new drivers from hp.com. reran test and got the same messgae about updating the drivers...why?

Did you get a 'successful' message at the end of each driver installation?

 

If you open the Device Manager, (Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager) then expand the entry for each of those hardware devices, then click the "Driver" tab, what information is displayed for the driver provider, version, and date? Can you post a link to a screen shot?

 

You may want to check the IDT and Marvell sites for newer drivers than what HP is hosting.
