Natural sleep aids Melatonin & Valerian. I just don't take them early enough.

 

Valerian can also help leg cramps, mine are gone. They were no fun waking me up at night-but it does smell.

 

Warm milk is supposed to be a natural sleep aid too. This article says "not" ... darn!

Leg and toe cramp signify a lack of potassium -- eat an orange, especially the pulp, or buy orange juice with 'lot of pulp' -- eat bananas or buy potassium suppliments and take one every otherday :)
