Desktop icon text gets cut off

Recommended Posts

I know this seems like a kinda stupid question ... but i haven't been able to find a solution. Some of the icons on my desktop have names that automatically get cut off since they're too long. Is there any way to change XP's settings so full name designated to the icon is shown. If anyone knows any app that can do it, that's fine too. I just need to find a way to show the text

Not sure if this will solve it, but right click the icon>properties>run dropdown arrow>maximize

Reboot and check.

That's for the window size that the program starts in.
