KrazyKooter
I found this article very interesting. How do you folks from across the pond view this? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/7492907.stm
Bruce
No worse then the RIAA and it's tactics. Or worse the US government with it's wire taps and net monitoring of US citizens. Or the courts recently telling Google that it has to turn over it's complete database to viacom so it can look for copyrighted material and the IP addresses that uploaded them. The difference being the EU will probably toss this out.
tito
The difference being the EU will probably toss this out. What makes you think that? It will be decided by the European Commission, who are a group of unelected socialists.
faith_michele
Interesting topic. Many companies that have employees that travel overseas frequently use an encrypted VPN connection to access their needed files. I will try to look for a better link to this, but I think this practice will become more prominant. http://www.thewhir.com/marketwatch/062308_...s_SSL_Certs.cfm
