I bought Optimize and received the "Congratulations" page that says: License Instructions Copy the License/Renewal Key below. Go back to the application and paste the key in the space labeled License Key in the application. Click the Register button in the application to complete the licensing process. But there isn't any License Key on the page "below"... Also tried using the help center, but my email isn't valid for 24 hours. Can someone email me my license key? Thanks. On the order page, it says thekey is at the bottom of the page, but it wasn't. The key kept getting promised. I thought maybe I would get it in your below email, but no, it is not there. I go to your website to recover a lost key, and your website informs me my email (this email that you used, [email protected]) is not in your database. "Unable to find [email protected] "The email address you entered, was not found in our database." I try to post to your forum, and when I enter my email, I am informed my email is already in use, "The email address is already in use by another member" so I can't even post on the forum, because I don't know what my password is, because I never registered. And again, I could not register for this forum with the email I used to order and pay for Optimise ie but rather with a different email that I am using now. And again, this means I never activated a password for the email used to order and pay for Optimise. Nonetheless, I went ahead and tried to retrieve my key after I logged in with this alternate email . But both my email that I used to order and pay for Optimise, as well as the emai I used to register in the forum produce the error message that they are not in the database. The second link does indeed display an error message, that one possibility is that the account has been removed, and that I should contact an administrator. Will you please activate my Optimise? You do not need to be logged in to the forum to get your key or use Optimize. Check your email for your Optimize license key, then launch the program and add the key at the eighth screen. If you need to download and install Optimize, you can do that from here without being logged in: http://www.pcpitstop.com/store/service.asp The forum issue is completely separate and unrelated to your Optimize purchase.
