???

How did you get that?

It says a system with 4 QX6850's and 2 hd 2900s in Crossfire is only 992 watts.

HUH????

I just put 1 8800GTX, Q6600 at stock speeds, 1 sound card. 2 80mm fans, and 1 120. Watercooling kit.

let me try it again.

The calculator shows the bare minimum, and many PSUs don't put out the watts they advertise.

And over time, a PSU degrades and gives less power. A 650 would be nice, but make sure you consider future upgrades. I use the calculator a lot just to get a basic idea.

I am not really gona upgrade

I will go for full new builds.

And if the G92 is suppose to take less power, I shouldnt worry to bad.

I think 650W is good, Maybe 700 if the price is only $10 off

Make sure you go for a good, quality one. A cheap PSU can be computer suicide.

You might also want to look at a UPS, make sure nothing gets killed by a sudden blackout.

How is the thermaltake toughpower with cable management?

Go for the 700, it's the same price after rebate. And it has free shipping, so it ends up cheaper in the end.

yes it does. Yes it does.

Wait, should i wait until Tuesday to make my order, or Monday?

AMD is releasing its beastie, or buggy, on Tuesday! And its halo day, so I dont care about shipping time

 Halo day......I really wish I had the money for it.

I cannot answer the question of when to buy, you must look deep into your soul for the answer. :geezer:

I cant hear anything but the crying souls of orphans or whatever Brandon says Intel uses to make their CPU's

Halo day is something you should have saved your lunch money for :geezer:

Sorry, that was my Q6600 and Raptor RAID money......I wanted that even more than Halo.

where you messed up was raid. :nono:

I honestly dont think that raid is worth it. Maybe 2 regular 7200 drives in raid, but two raptors is a waste.

Sense I do alot of media, MAYBE it would help, but price/performance is to off. :P
